No matter where you are on your journey, being mindful of why you want to lose weight, will motivate you, give you direction and help you stick with it, even on tough days.
Accountability is a powerful tool to keep you on track to reach your goals, even when you lack will power or motivation.
All success starts with a plan, even weight loss! Developing a weight loss plan helps you avoid bad habits and build a path to achieve your goals.
And, maybe most importantly, you are not alone! Our supportive community and weight loss guides provide community, tips and direction without pressure or guilt.

13 Weeks to Success
While we encourage you to join MAPS whenever you’re ready, we follow a 13 week cycle of topics that progressively address the most common weight loss speed bumps. We’ve found these topics build on each other for a long-term focus on healthy weight.
But don’t wait! When you’re ready, you’re ready!
To succeed with weight loss, you have to be ready, and when you are, you don’t want to wait. Keep that motivation momentum and get started right away. The Diet Designing workshop is recorded every quarter and available in your Dashboard. That’s the most important guide for succeeding with the MAPS system. Then join us each Monday for the MAPS live stream and the topic of the week. You’ll be on the right path, no matter where you begin.
