Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Olive Oil or Coconut Oil (melted and cooled)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease 8×4-inch loaf pan (or line with parchment).
- Place all ingredients in large bowl. Stir until smooth batter forms.
- Spoon into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. To make a sweeter bread, add 3 teaspoons of granulated stevia (or sugar substitute of your choice)
VARIATIONS
- Add a 1 teaspoon of almond extract for more intense flavor
- Add a 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for a different variety.
- Swirl in 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon before baking.
- Top with almond slices before baking.
